今天，加拿大移民部长马克·门蒂奇诺重磅宣布了6个全新的移民项目。这6个新项目主要针对留学生以及医护工作者，计划提供90,000个名额！
其中：
- 提供给医护工作者的名额将会有20000个
- 提供给其他基础职业的名额将会有30000个
- 提供给留学生的名额将会有40000个
此项临时政策将于5月6日正式开始生效，并将于11月5日关闭，如果在此之前已经名额已被用完，项目也将会提前关闭。
值得高兴的是，此次新项目对申请人的要求非常低，即便是与此前CEC抽选时的75分超低分相比，也不遑多让！
其中，对于大家最关心的留学生类别，移民部对申请人的要求主要集中在学历和职位上。
具体来说：
- 申请人需要在过去四年内毕业，最晚不得晚于2017年1月；
- 申请人在申请时须处于在职状态（不能是自雇佣），但是对于工作经验则没有要求；
- 申请人的毕业院校可以是公立，也可以是私立；
- 如果申请人获得了学士、硕士或博士学位，则对专业没有任何要求，只是项目时长不得短于8个月；
- 如果申请人完成的是专科或证书课程（可以是多个课程项目），则总学习时长不得短于16个月；
- 如果申请人的课程最终可以帮助申请人获得特定职位（职位列表见下方截图或链接），则对申请人的课程时长没有要求；
- 语言水平达到CLB5；
- 现居住于加拿大境内，且有合法的居住身份。
并且，主申请人的家属也有资格可以申请永久居民的身份。

对于医护职业和其他基础职业的申请人来说：
- 在过去三年间积累了至少满1年的工作经验；
- 工作经验可以在多个公司和职位中累积，如果职位不同，则所以职位均需要满足移民部给出的职位要求；
- 申请时须处于在职状态（不能为自雇）；
- 语言水平达到CLB4；
- 现居住于加拿大，有合法的居住身份。
同样的，主申请人的家庭成员也有资格申请永久居民身份。

此次的新项目虽然要求非常低，但也不是完全没有门槛。
